Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Nights and Weekends PVT LTD, operating as StayGo("StayGo", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the Republic of the Maldives at Nanreethige, AA. Thoddoo, Maldives. StayGo is the business name under which Nights and Weekends PVT LTD provides the Platform. By accessing or using www.staygomv.com (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy.

Sections 1–5 and 7–12 apply to all visitors. Section 6 applies if you use StayGo as an Owner or Staff member.

• Platform — the StayGo website, marketplace, and admin portal.
• Owner — a property owner with a portal account onboarded by StayGo.
• Staff — an employee of an Owner with limited portal access.
• Guest — a person seeking daily-rent accommodation; Guests browse the marketplace without an account.
• Listing — a property and its rooms published on the marketplace.
• Subscription — the recurring fee paid by an Owner to use the portal and publish listings.

StayGo is a listing and booking-management platform. We help property owners display listings, manage booking states, and signal availability to guests. StayGo is not a party to any rental agreement between an Owner and a Guest, is not an estate agent or property manager, and does not own, operate, inspect, or guarantee any listed property.

Bookings and stay payments are arranged directly between the Owner and the Guest (typically via WhatsApp, phone, cash, or bank transfer). StayGo does not process guest stay payments through an online payment gateway.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Owners must operate a legitimate daily-rent property business in the Maldives. Portal accounts are created by StayGo administrators; self-registration is not available.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or systematically harvest listing data or contact details from the marketplace.
• Use contact information obtained from listings for spam, harassment, or purposes unrelated to genuine accommodation inquiries.
• Misrepresent your identity or intent when contacting property owners.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.

When you tap WhatsApp or Call on a listing, you leave StayGo and communicate with the property owner through a third-party service.

6.1 Accounts and roles. Owners are responsible for all activity performed by their Staff accounts. You must keep login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

6.2 Subscription. Access to the owner portal and ability to publish listings requires an active StayGo subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are communicated to Owners directly or through their account — not on this public page.

6.3 Payment obligations. Owners are responsible for keeping their subscription current and paying applicable fees on time according to the billing terms provided to them.

6.4 Non-payment and suspension. If a subscription lapses or fees are not paid, StayGo may suspend portal access and unpublish listings until the account is brought current. StayGo may also disable an account for non-payment or breach of these Terms.

6.5 Refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or explicitly agreed in writing by StayGo.

6.6 Fee changes. StayGo may change subscription fees with reasonable notice. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated fees.

6.7 Listing accuracy. You warrant that all listing information — including property name, location, photos, contact phone, and availability — is accurate and that you are legally entitled to offer the property for daily rent.

6.8 Guest data.When you enter a Guest's name and phone number into the Platform, you confirm that you have the Guest's permission to do so and that you will use StayGo only to manage genuine bookings. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy obligations toward your Guests.

6.9 Owner indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold StayGo harmless from claims, losses, or disputes arising from your property, your dealings with Guests, or your breach of these Terms.

6.10 Termination. StayGo may terminate or suspend your account at any time for breach of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your listings will be unpublished. StayGo may retain records as described in the Privacy Policy.

StayGo owns the Platform, its design, software, and branding. By publishing a Listing, you grant StayGo a non-exclusive licence to display your listing content (photos, descriptions, and property details) on the marketplace for the duration of your subscription.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. STAYGO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT LISTINGS ARE ACCURATE, THAT PROPERTIES MEET ANY STANDARD, OR THAT BOOKINGS WILL BE COMPLETED. STAYGO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF OWNERS, STAFF, OR GUESTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY MALDIVIAN LAW, STAYGO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES YOU PAID TO STAYGO IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. STAYGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Maldives. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Maldives, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
